Q: Why does ink cost so much? Doesn’t it only cost like less than a dollar to manufacture it?

It's the manufacturer's way of profiting from the customer. By selling you a $100-$200 printer, HP doesn't make much profit, however, that printer is the hook into their business. Now you need to buy their ink to run the printer, and they can charge you as much as they want for it. Heck, they can even make you subscribe to a service that delivers their ink to your door as soon as your cartridge is about to be over! You gotta love big corporations!

Q: Just a general question, so don't shoot the messenger. What's with 902 ink being out of stock everywhere?

I just tried installing 2022/12 ink and the printer refuses to accept the cartridges. Not happy with this printer at all !

I have an HP OfficePro 6970 and YES, it works.

I did not know there was a problem...I have been using these cartridges for several years and never had a problem of any kind. I have also bought the three single colors separately and never had a problem with them either...are you sure it is not your printer that is the problem?

HP ink for an HP printer. Pricy, but it is what it is when you need it to print right every time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have HP printers at work and at home. This particular ink is for the printer we keep in our camper because we often work from the road. Having a printer in the camper is vital for us. It also comes in handy when you are volunteering to help others who have been displaced. I was able to help people with job documents so they could get back to work after being unemployed for a while. Ease of installation:plug and play!Ink capacity:I wish XL really meant XL. I also wish HP's didn't FORCE you to have colored ink when you don't want it. Just because you CAN print in color doesn't mean I WANT to.

YOU'RE SENDING ME THE WRONG 902 INK. I WARNED YOU BEFORE. MY PRINTER USES 910. I REOEAT 910.
