Strong and durable
Great retrieval ball for dogs. My Mal has yet to destroy any of the ones I’ve purchased. Extremely durable.

So good, I repurchased
This is one of my dog's fave fetch toys, and after losing it in a grassy field, I repurchased. The ball is heavy and durable, and the rope is sturdy and just the right length for flinging. When this comes out, my dog knows we're playing fetch! There's no strange smell out of the package, and while my 70lb Samoyed isn't a hard chewer, he hasn't put a dent or nick in the ball itself. It's not so hard that I'd be worried about him gnawing on it, either.

Great reward toy and fetch toy!
We love this ball! If you throw it underhand by the rope you can get a really nice almost effortless toss. My dog had an issue where he liked to run by me with the ball then drop it; so to prevent that I grab the rope and play a little bit of tug. Now he comes to me to play tug after getting the ball when I toss it. The only downside is if your dog bites to rope it can fray a little, but after almost a month with this ball we don't have any issues. We use this ball practically everyday. Me AND me dog are huge fans of this ball. I'm shocked he hasn't pulled the rope out of the ball either, it's fantastic. I eventually will be ordering other types of neroballs since we have had such a great experience with this one. :) ~ @Awkwardbcdog on Instagram

Great ball much improvement on thr rope
I have to say that I absolutely live this ball. The ball itself is a great sturdy and very tough ball. The rope however needs improved. It should be a much more durable, heavy duty rope. I have 4 large dogs. I do not let them chew this toy we play fetch with it but like any dog they tug (hard) and pull and do chew at it. I do not think that can be avoided, and thr rope doesn't hold up.

Best toy I’ve ever gotten for my dog
The toy allows you to interact with your dog in a way that I didn’t realize was so important until I adopted a dog who was ball obsessed and a bit disconnected. We have bonded so much over this toy and it has held up so much better than 95% of the toys I’ve gotten, which have all been labeled as high-quality or durable. It is perfect for playing fetch and for tugging, as well as training. The only thing worth noting is that the rope is thin enough that it can be uncomfortable to tug with a large or strong dog. I usually wrap a leash around my hip and hook it to the rope when we are doing intense tugging (because my 75 pound dog would win otherwise). If you do go for a tug toy that has a more comfortable handle, it will not bounce and be easy for a dog to run around with in the same way. This rope makes the weight heavily in favor of the ball, so it acts more like a ball and the dog is more inclined to grab the ball.I think this toy finds right balance of ball to rope.

Rope very painful if you have a strong dog
I'm thrilled with the strength of this ball on a rope, and it's working great as a reward with my 80 lb male malinois, EXCEPT the rope is killing my hands. I have bruises on the inside of my pinky and ring fingers because the rope is so thin that it digs into my hands while my dog is tugging. If you have a strong dog that actually can pull, I don't see how you can comfortably use this. I'll keep using for the moment because it is by far the most durable ball-on-a-rope I've found, but I'm planning to build my own using a ball with a hole in the middle and some thicker rope that will be easier on the hands. Not sure how everyone else is having success with these. Maybe their dogs aren't that strong or maybe they don't really let their dog tug it for more than a second.

Not a Nero Product.
I have ordered this item more than 6 times. My dog LOVES playing fetch/tug and we've always been super happy with the product. She has a strong bite and the only reason we need to replace them is because the ball eventually breaks down (not this issue). As you can see in the pictures, the orange rope ball is not the same as what I've previously ordered nor is it the same as the image of the product. The orange rope broke on BOTH of the balls I recently purchased within the first 3 throws. Upon closer inspection the newer items also don't have "Nero Ball Ultra" anywhere on the product like the last 6 that I've ordered. The quality is suspect. I've used the same link each time to re-order and this recent purchase is a cheap product. Please fix this.
