I used this in northern Peru on a 5 day trek up to almost 19,000 feet. Started taking a couple days before arriving and upped my dosage on high altitude days. As far as I could tell, this ABSOLUTELY helped. I had no altitude sickness effects and felt as good as could be expected. All my friends had diamox prescriptions and still got sick (not to mention the side effects of that drug). I genuinely cannot recommend this highly enough based on my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again if I have a high output activity at altitude. Worth every penny.

I went to Colorado Springs over7,000 feet from Oregon 950 ft and this product worked very well.I started taking 1 capsule twice daily for 5 days before departure and 2 capsules twice daily while there. No altitude sickness.I usually get very sick. Other than a little shortness of breath climbing stairs, i was fine.

This is the second time in the last 2 years that I have taken these to help my body prepare for a trip dealing with high altitudes. They have not failed me but did what I needed them to 🙏🏻. I recommend them for anyone planning a trip dealing with high altitudes. Start taking 2 weeks before you plan to travel. Every day before & during your travel.

I’ve never been to a high altitude area before so I’m not positive that I would have gotten altitude sickness. But we went from 700’ to 11,000’ for a elk hunt in under 24hrs. I to this product as directed and has very minimal symptoms, woke up on day 2 and 3 with a slight headache but Advil fixed that right up. That seemed to be my only symptoms from the altitude besides some slight shortness of breath with exertion but I don’t feel that it was as severe as it would have been judging by the others I went with. I would highly recommend giving this a try.

I took this for a week before my high altitude hunt and I can’t say I felt any different, but I did not get any altitude sickness. Many of my friends swear by this and I’m going to use it during ski season this year.

I’m so glad I decided to try this product 2wks prior to making my way to the mile high region. Was able to transition smoothly without experiencing altitude sickness. I’d agree to use as directed, along with their drink mix - works wonders on keeping the electrolytes in check.

I tried it two days and got very itchy. I then noticed that the manufacture date was 09/24. That is too old. I don’t see an expiration date anywhere.
