You can definitely buy this, this product does his job. Fingerprint sensor is fast and comes with good security- only allows user who has registered fingerprint. Set up is also easy, you can do it on your own if you have basic skills and a drill machine. I feel price high if you are buying this for 1600. I bought this for 1249 in sale.

This is my second time ordering this product. Though the product works perfectly fine, and I face no performance issues, there is no backup key included. Both the times that I have ordered the product, I have not received a backup (emergency key). Thus in total, I have two sets of these with 0 backup keys. This is super unprofessional and unexpected. This is an expensive product, and such service is not expected from the company.

To start with, the product did not arrive in Amazon packaging, and the box was dented and looked previously used. There were even markings inside that appeared to be from a prior customer, which is completely unacceptable for something sold as new.Most frustratingly, the lock came with no instruction manual whatsoever—not for installation, and not for adding or managing fingerprints. For a product that depends entirely on proper setup, this is a major issue. Users are left guessing how to install and operate a security device, which should never be the case.As for the build quality: it’s not terrible, but definitely not high-end. The lock’s entire body and the fingerprint housing are made of plastic, and only the locking hatch is metal. The wire loop is very thin and delicate, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in terms of durability or tamper resistance.The concept of the lock is good, but the execution and overall customer experience are lacking. Without a manual, minimal guidance, and poor packaging, it feels like quality control and customer satisfaction were afterthoughts.
