These are a light blue, with more of a teal color. They will work for both boys and girls. (And look adorable on both!)

I am not sure if the type of cotton but the man size is only up to 8 pounds. Carter's go up to 9 pounds for nb. My daughters baby is due in a couple of days and since it is going to be at least full term these might end up being to small to use. These are the only T-shirts that she got for nb. Let's hope they are somewhat useful.
