A simple carving kit that let you carve out spoons or small bowls. The tools are a decent quality for the price. The tools came fairly sharp. I had to touch them up and they are fine, but will need to be kept sharp. The leather cover is nice, but is bonded leather, not real. The strop is real leather. They included 1 bandaid, which I found funny. Overall it's a nice simple beginners carving kit.

These tools are S H A R P! The whole setup has a great quality. The pouch holds the tools solidly, had a flap to protect the blade, and includes sharpening wax. It even comes with a bandaid. LolVery convenient for on the go.

I'm glad I purchased this set. Seem to work well out of the packaging but I can see the need to sharpen in the near future. This is a good starter set and allows you to become familiar with the process before investing too much.

My kid is disabled due to debilitating migraines. There isn't a lot he can do because he is incredibly sensitive to noise. When he told me he would like to try wood working, without power tools, I was excited for him. He has been using these for a few months. Has he cut himself? Absolutely, they came sharp. They're durable, which is great because he also has adhd and forgets to put his things away sometimes. I don't know much about wood working tools, but he really likes these. I like the bandaids that came with them, though I wish they came with more. 😂

Not ready to use out of package. Tools were dull. I’m going to have to go out of my way and sharpen them before I can use them.

Very nice set! Nice case to carry them around in, but don't want to put them in and out all the time.Super sharp on arrival, great quality.I would recommend and buy again
