Can this mirror be hung horizontally?

Yes, this mirror can be hung horizontally. 3 loop-style hangers are secured to the back of the mirror to enable hanging either vertically or horizontally.

Are any hooks or screws visible?

I want to confirm the weight for 24x36 is 19 pounds. 30x30 is 17 pounds. 30x40 is 25 pounds. Why 30x36 is only 5 pound?

I'm sure it:s a typo so I would suggest you check the manufacturer's site. Ours was quite heavy.
