Great product! Except it’s weak from upper and lower sides
It works great! Only problem is that it’s weak from the upper and lower biting sides. It works better when bitting from the right and left side's. This product can be improved from manufacturer. By switching the the biting sides around. Check out the photos. I been biting on the right and left sides. No rip or anything! 😃

Works but won't last long
It definitely works, though limited .Full range of motion (wide open mouth to clench) is what activates all jaw muscles, neck included. This product lacks the height to reach those, and will focus on the muscle at the jaw joint- giving you a funny chubby cheek look.I did enjoy it while it lasted. (It ripped from overuse after 4 days). Also as others have stated , if you bite the sides instead of the intended you get more range of motion but again, will eventually succumb to breaking apart.Edit: Fantastic customer service. Bumped up to 4 stars. Currently trying the black version and it's lasting longer.

Arrived in used condition
The item I received had clearly been used before (you can literally see bite marks on it) and even had a crack in it making it defective? This is a personal item and quite disgusting that I would be sent something that was clearly used before.

It works
Don't bite down too hard and you will have no problems with it splitting. If you are looking to bite hard, pay more for something stronger. This is perfect for me. It leaves my jaws feel a bit sore, but I can see a difference in a tightening of my jawline.
