Love the price of these for such a large quantity, they dissolve quickly, and always put me right to sleep within 30 minutes orso. However I can taste the beets used to color the product. Such a strong beet flavor and that’s one of the few foods I cannot stand. I would rather have a colorless product with no beet flavor.

Wow! I got this last night and put 1 pill under my tongue and let it dissolve. Well I didn't get very sleep but I did fall asleep. It relaxed me. The only bad thing is I had terrible vivid dreams. The reason I purchased this was so I could remember my dreams. As melatonin is known to give vivid dreams. When I woke up this morning I was so so tired and relaxed for about 3 hours. I suggest you take this pill very early before bed because the affects last about 12 hours. Hopefully tonight i won't have bad dreams. But this stuff really works. Trust me.
