Very bad package, as if it is used item
The original box is smashed, inside the box the foam content is also broken. Moreover, it is mentioned it uses 220 volts while in the manual it works only with 120 volts?Mostly if no answer from seller I will return it back.

اسوء تجربه تسوق في حياتي
عندما بدأت باستخدامها اخرجت شرار كهربائى و كادت ان تحدث حريقه فى السجاد لولا اننى فصلت التيار الكهربائى. اننى غير مصدق اننى نجوت من احتراق للمنزل بسبب هذه المكنسة التى كنت اظن انها امريكية الصنع ولكنها صناعة صينية وسيئه ايضا
