Life saver !
Great product. I had ant invasion for the last few days and nothing could stop them : ant killer, ant gel,... I used this only one time and all ants disappeared. It is little expensive but worth it.

Works to slow ant traffic and kills quickly
Works very well. I bought this product for black ants that were creeping in my front door and windows. Easy to use. I put this product down, and within a week, the ants that I was seeing along my front porch and down the side of my carport were completely gone so I would say it kills quickly. Haven't seen another ant that has crept inside since. Easy to apply. The gel is thick and easy to fit into crevices and cracks, and does not drip. I would recommend wearing gloves when applying.

Works when nothing else does. Professional grade material.
It seems every year we get ants in the spring and fall. It doesn’t matter how meticulously we clean they always show up. One year they were so far out of control that we had to call an exterminator. I watched him apply this exact same gel and decided to purchase it myself. Here are some tips he shared with me: Take some time and look for a point of entry, you will see trails where they come in if you spend enough time looking. One year a seal broke around a basement window and that was where they entered our home.He also recommended applying the gel directly to the affected area where they are. Sometimes ants avoid traps and the best method is to bait the area. We have wood floors so I applied it to a small piece of waxed paper. It will save a lot of mess as it is a gel.Last but not least do NOT kill them as much as it will be tempting to do so. Allow them to carry the gel back to the nest and kill the colony. You will see areas where the scout ants forage and it will have dozens of ants at the spot of the gel. It takes a couple days and sometimes more than one application to work if the colony is large. They will carry their dead ants back to the nest. They use pheromones as communication and killing them stops that link. It will take much longer to get rid of them if you squish them.It saved us 200.00 for a service call by doing it myself. It’s the only thing I found that works.

ANTS EAT IT
Because of ant's excavations under my patio, I've removed pavers, added sand and put them back down, twice. Enough is enough. The ants are pretty small, about 1/8" (3mm) long and can be found all around my foundation, yard perimeter & driveway. I've poured some high-priced liquid concentrates (diluted per directions) around the house, and other locations. It didn't seem to help, so opted to try a gel.Amazon reviews were both good & bad for the same product, so I bought one Hot Shot Ultra Clear Roach & Ant Gel Bait and one Syngenta 68078 Advion Singular Tube Ant Gel Lure to compare. The Hot Shot gel seemed to get a lot of yawns from the ants - they seem to be uninterested, although the next days, some of it was gone. The Advion got a lot of attention. Groups of up to a dozen or more immediately clustered around the small, pea-sized blobs I put down. The next day, the Advion was gone from all locations. While hoping for an immediate end to the Advion-treated ants, that didn't happen. 3 days later, I'm still putting it down next to the ant hills and they continue to take it away. More hills appeared today, after a light rain yesterday.Since it's getting attention, I'll buy another 1 oz. tube and hope for the best. Maybe the nest has multiple queens, and I haven't gotten to them yet.=====================9/11/22 Follow upAlthough the number of patio anthills reduced, the ants continue to thrive. So, I ordered more stuff to try.To summarize my efforts:1. tried Hot Shot clear gel - ants ignored it.2. Used one tube of Advion for a week or more - ants took away all I put down, but they kept coming back.3. Put down Terro bait traps which were ignored.4. Put down Terro liquid which resulted in a big reduction in the number for ants around my driveway, but not the patio. Different species?5. Sprinkled Harris Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth on patio & around foundation and driveway. No apparent results yet (3 days), but I read it may take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Dangerous stuff to inhale. My patio ants don't seem to be affected by the liquid & gels used so far. Keeping my fingers crossed re the diatomaceous earth.Next efforts will include Borax/peanut butter mix, vinegar, then . . . ?==============================Update 9/23/22Success at last. After sprinkling moderate applications of DE (Harris Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth) on/around the patio anthills & trails, the patio ants have disappeared. The very few stragglers that appear seem to be coming in from under the adjacent chimney chase which was hard to get to, but I'll put some down as well as I can. There are also no visible signs of ants on/around the driveway. There is still moderate ant activity in the rock border around the back yard and other areas of the house foundation where I lighted sprinkled the DE. A heavier application will be soon applied.Re a concern I have about using the DE:I have two dogs who are always snuffling around the yard to check out new smells. Inhalation of DE is very dangerous - it can cause breathing issues, e.g. from nose, throat, lung irritation, to even destroying tissue. The dogs were monitored closely to keep them away from the patio. Fortunately, a few days later, a light rain seemed to dilute the DE to the point of appearing to be gone. But I'm guessing it simply helped to move the DE into spaces between the pavers. The biggest reduction of ants seemed to be AFTER the rain. And other reports I've read say water won't deactivate the DE - it's still active/potent but can't be seen. And the dogs are paying no special attention to the patio.I'll repost this review under my DE purchase.

Much better than the taps you buy at the store
Works very well. Using a syring that is easily administered and screwed back on for later. Ants gather around the stategically placed gel drops like cattle at a water hole and then return to the nest. No more grease ants in my kitchen.

Best ant bait on the market!!! Works in under 48 hrs! Awesome for mild to heavy infestations!
This is the best ant killer on the market! We bought a home in the winter of 2023/2024. Apparently, when spring came they didn’t disclose the really bad ant problem. A friend suggested this product since nothing else was working. Within 48 hr not one ant! I put it where I saw them coming out in 4 places in the house and haven’t had an ant problem since. I put it in some areas in the yard where I noticed large ant “happy places” and put a pea sized amount. They were gone the next day. Now that spring is back, no ants! I found a few little holes outside near the house and put a few drops out. They swarmed it, next day, none! Fire ants love it too! Definitely a great product! 10 out 10 recommend! My dogs and cat never bothered it either. If you are worried about your kids or pets bothering it, put something in front of your bait neither would disturb and leave it there for 5 days. Wipe away the residue but don’t wash it away. What ever trace amounts are there, scouting ants might find it and take it to the stragglers. Wash area after 10 days.
