My salt and pepper seems maybe the same, possibly better, hard to say.Takking this with catalase, both twice a day, so not 100% sure how much this is doing.Use to take on empty stomach, but maybe with food works better?Blue shirt is 2nd pic 1 year later, hair is shorter and different angle, hard to tell.
