how do these do with Vinyl floors instead of carpet? I want to put mats down so I can just dump the dirt out without having to sweep it all the time.

They snap in so they should work. There are cleats on the bottom that help it to not slip around on carpet. Might not be good for vinyl.

No, this part will not fit. Husky Liners does have a part for the 2015 Ford Ranger - #96501. Since this model was not available in the US, it is not stocked by Amazon US.

amazon says these will not fit a 2020 ranger but will fit a 2019 ranger. All other mats that will fit a 2019 are saying they will fit a 2020. Why?

I do not know whether there are dimensional changes from 2019 and 2020 models. But the mats are a perfect fit for my 2019. Best fit of any mats I ever purchased for any vehicle I have owned.
