This has been a lifesaver
My teenage son was having problems getting to sleep we tried everything but nothing seemed to work. I came across this and read the reviews and thought to give it a go not really expecting much as nothing else had worked. Around the time he went to bed he put 4 drops on his tongue. I got up to go to the toilet and checked in on him expecting him to be laying there awake as he usually is but he was fast asleep. I also had the best night sleep knowing he was asleep. He has used it every night and has no problem sleeping he is asleep within minutes of putting his head down. I'm so impressed and he is very happy with it. Will continue to buy and I might try the other ones they do aswell

Great to settle the nerves.
My teenage son uses this and definitely feels it calms him down. I have just ordered the pastilles too, so hopefully they work just as well.
