This is worth the price
Listen, I like SimpleHuman the way I like Oxo. You can buy similar items for less, but what about the quality? How long do you want it to last? How much pleasure will be derived from using a quality product over something lesser?I read enough reviews to know what made this dispenser stand out from the competition, and made a mental note of the occasional reviewer nit (mainly that the individual dispensers jiggle a little). The upshot is, this dispenser is built like a tank and uses high-quality materials and incorporates excellent design. I love the looks and functionality. Upon opening the box, I knew I had made the right choice. Now here's the funny thing: SH touts the 3M adhesive and ease of installation, yet in the instructions the user is warned that screwing the dispenser into the wall is highly recommended. And considering the weight of the dispenser itself, plus 40 or so ounces of product I think a buyer would sooner or later regret not using screws and anchors. The really ironic thing is that screws are not included (perhaps for liability?) All of this means extra effort and with tile or a similar surface, a special drill bit and anchors and a healthy bit of persistence. But I'm telling you, it's worth it. My dispenser is rock-solid and all things considered should last for many, many years. As for the individual dispensers jiggling, that's something slightly noticeable when they are empty, but not when they are full.

Hold up with heavy use.
We have these mounted in our pool showers. They are great! Easy to use and refill with the wide mouth. The only thing I tend to have to replace is the tops. They can crack when dropped. But other than a few tops, they have lasted for years with heavy use! I have tried other brands, but these are the best. They are well designed and sleek looking. I have also used the singles during covid for hand sanitizer, and were perfect.

Flawed design caused it to fall off, shatter and scar me
I bought one 1.5 years ago. It fell off the wall last night and broke, while I was in the shower, washing off the shampoo off my hair. My eyes were closed and a broken piece of the bottle hit my shin and scared me pretty badly. The pumps are very good but the design for attaching it to the wall has a problem that I noticed when installing it but realized after it shattered on the shower floor. The plate holds the bottles from the bottom, the bottles gradually tilt forward, pull the plate (which only holds the bottom of the bottle) away from the wall. Because the top of the bottles are not attached to wall, the force that is pulling the bottles away from the wall at the top, is handled all at the bottom of the bottle. So, it pulls the bottom part away from the wall with much more force because the top is farther from where the bottle is attached to the place. Those of you who studied physics know that force is weight multiplied by distance, and the distance from the top of the bottle to the bottom (where the bottle is attached to the plate) causes much more pulling force at the bottom. The fix is to have the plate at the top or have two plates, one at the bottom and one at the top. Also, the humidity in the shower gradually wears out the glue, so it probably won't fall off and get shattered but it will at some point, if you're out of luck. I would have given it more than one start because the pumps are good, if the price was not $80.

Just like in a hotel's shower
I've had these installed for several months now. They function very well and make it easy to dispense body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The only downfall... the small o-ring seals for the top of the containers are flimsy and can prevent the tops from sealing properly. I just removed them completely as the dispenser is not in direct contact with a water source. Very happy with these dispensers. Definitely would recommend them

Convenient, clean, easy to use, works
I am 6 months in with this item being located in my boys (5 & 8 y/o) shower. Yes, I have my dispensers labeled. It has held up remarkably well, seems well made. The ease of use for the kids in addition of the convenience and quality is worth the price. I followed the adhesion instructions, allowed the X number of days to cure, and have had no issues with the main wall unit moving. The dispensers themselves have a little wiggle between the dispensers and the wall unit, little more movement than I would prefer. I have not seen any product drip out, which is kind of amazing with kids. Not having the bottles on the rim of the tub getting grody is a plus. Another benefit is being able to see how much of each product is left in the dispensers. I made a simple adapter for bottles to sit on top of the dispensers to make product transfer easier/cleaner and to get that last bit out as well, it's on MakerWorld.

If you have a tile wall best to screw the mounting plate to the wall.
This is a really useful product and after a month or so of use I can't imagine not using it... But I would recommend if you have a tile wall not using the adhesive that comes with it to stick onto the wall of the shower. I tried the adhesive after carefully washing the tile with the included wipe. Filled it all up with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Next morning it was on the floor and the contents of all three were dripping down the drain. Also one of the caps cracked and had to be replaced.Another thing: When I attached the containers onto the wall plate they wiggled a bit. Not in danger of falling off but just not firm. I was uncomfortable with that and found that putting a bit of masking tape on the container between the pins that hold it to the wall plate took up the slight space between and they fit firmly now.So product 5 stars, documentation could stress the need for using screws to mount it. It's there in the doc but I didn't feel that it was strongly recommended enough. I guess if the shower wall is a slick shiny type then the adhesive might be okay.

Easy to mount and fill
Looks nice on the shower wall and keeps all the miscellaneous bottles from cluttering the shower. I mounted it in my teenage son's shower and it looks great. Makes it easy for him to tell me when he is running out of soap.
