Are these recommended for putting baseball cards/9 pocket sheets in ? Have cards/sets from the '60s-'80s, in sheets, looking for binders ..some..4 in.

All I know is we had them about half full and every time u turned a page the page would dislodge out of the D rings. It was ridiculous.
