So my 15 rear old son bought this for him self and I told him he just wasted his money. He should have read the reviews first.The punching bag came in a week early and was very easy to set up. I was surprised on the quality of the bag it self but still had my doubts. The gloves are pretty cheap but he already had good gloves to use but prefers to punch it bare fist'ed.He uses the thing ALL the time and hasn't had any issues with it. Even got his friend to order one as well.For the price you cant beat it. I do recommend this product. He was right and I was wrong. Very happy with the purchases.

I cleared my last review on the product for I judged it before assembling it, which I looked up on YouTube how to do because the instructions on the box are good for nothing, but otherwise a good buy, it's not designed for high speed punching but still good to keep you moving, definitely good for a beginner suck as myself.

My wife loves her punching bag. It's sturdy if used properly. It has a quick rebound and helps with punch accuracy.This is not a product to show your strength. If you punch/ kick it hard you may damage it. That is not what you should use this for.Follow guide/ instructions and you will have a lot of fun with this bag.

I've always wanted one of these. Its great for improving accuracy, defense, and foot work. As expected the base moves around a lot without attaching extra weight to it and if you use water it leaks a lot because the cap it doesn't seal. Unless you find a base that's closer to 100lbs, they're all gonna move. I also put some padding underneath to make it quieter for my downstairs neighbors. The black part at the base of the ball is slipping down a little bit. It doesn't come with instructions so be ready for that puzzle. Other than that it serves its purpose and its not bad for the price.update: lasted 3 rounds before the stitching split. I thought it was because I over inflated it so I restitched and tried again with less air. Didn't take long for the stitching to rip in a new area. Also a decent upper cut will send the top half flying even when tightened with pliers. Waited too long to return so waste of money.

The punching bag is easy to assemble but not sturdy enough for an adult. This is more like a punching bag for a child.

I loved this punching bag and started to use for a couple days when I found that the screw holding red balloon gets loose with every punch. The seller sent me another product which does not loosen up as frequently with punching. I am happy with the product, its good exercise and pretty sturdy. Glad i ordered it.

This is my stress reliever. I love boxing. Several of my Family and friends have purchased it after seeing me punch mine...It has been great during this pandemic.

Cheaply made product that will break after use if hit hard, as this happened to me after only a 2-3 months( had maybe 15-20 sessions of usage).First, the rod that connects to the base for height adjustment, is not connected with a screw that goes through the rod, rather it is connected with a screw that just tightens up against a groove made within the rod, there are several groves for the height adjustment, that main problem is that even when you tighten the screw onto the grove it comes of when punching. If the screw went fully through than it would not be able to slide off...Secondly, the wrap of the rubber bag is cheaply threaded, and started to rip and eventually fully ripped.Thirdly, the Rubber bag is connected to the base through a piece of hard plastic that wears out and can crack eventually causing the bag and rod to come apart and becomes unusableI think this is a decent product for kids, but not for serious training, and even then if you plan on buying it don't plan on it lasting long especially if its going to be hit it hard. I did have fun with this product, but i don't plan on buying another one as it wont last, i think an investment on a professional grade one would be better for someone who wants to train seriously.
