It will open my garage door but will not close can I program it to close the door?

I had the same problem when I set up my remotes but it actually turned out to be a wire that came loose on one of the two obstruction sensors at the base of both sides of e closed doors. Once I reconnected it everything worked fine. Hope it helps!

No, it did not work for my 7055 :-(

I couldn’t get them to work with my 4063

Will this remote work with genie model 7035?

I am not sure. But there is a list of compatible models that work with these remotes. My Genie is 25 years old but it an Intellicode model and they worked great.
