RAM 1500 2016 - Installed 2024
Surprising the install went pretty smooth. The original tire gap was 5 inches from tire to wheel well with 20" rims and the 295 (33") tires. After the install the front gap was at 9". This was installed on a RAM 2016 and as I said all the bolts and parts removed easily. I was doing the wheel bearings at the same time and everything was easily accessible with a jack in the driveway. Because the wheel bearing added some pain to the install I can't say exactly what the time was but I would plan for 3 hours if you are just doing the front shocks. It may take longer due to the truck environment.I also added rear shocks with a two inch spring kit. If I hadn't the truck would have been squatted and that isn't what I was looking for. The rear was at a gap of 7" and that went to 9". This gave me 9" gap all around. Overall the system seems to ride well. I wish I could have found a complete system Made in the USA but the bilstein package had to reuse the springs on the front. I should have used bilstein for the rears for that reason.

Good for The Price-Higher Than 2"
The struts ride well and the ride feels firmer. Only did one test drive after installing and I will update if anything changes. The nuts that came with the struts are trash. They rounded off. I ended up swapping them out for the stock nuts which were much better. Overall I like them. I am knocking off 1 star because like others have said they raise the truck a little more than 2". I would say 2.5" but possibly just under 3". The front sits about a half inch higher than the rear now. Probably not enough for me to install spacers on the rear to compensate but I wish it raised it only 2" like advertised. If they settle at all I will change my review to 5 stars. But I don't think they will based off other reviews.

Really good quality material, delivering a smooth ride
Really like how much bigger and better the 2” leveling strut is. Only had them in for a short time but so far, there amazing! Regular pot holes and bumps are so much smoother. Seems like it lifted the truck quite a bit to were it’s doing a bit of the Carolina lean lol, but they should settle. Would definitely recommend these Rough country 2” leveling struts.

Rough Country 2" Loaded N3 Leveling Struts
Definitely changed the look of my truck. Liking the new look of it. Rides a little smoother most bumps in the road a little less noticeable. I am really happy I did this.

Good fit, nice ride.
These level the truck for sure, maybe too level. I think I'm going to have to add an inch to the rear now so I can have a little bit of a rake. The ride is great. As expected, you have to pry the lower arm down to get these in. It helps if you have another pair of hands to do that as you push them in and bolt em in place.
