The speaker wire is very good quality and worked well with my outdoor speakers. My speaker runs were 25' so very little power loss; used 16ga 4 wire. Speaker sound great. Would buy again.

well... it cable, but comparing to another brand that i have, this one feels soft and holds a nice round shape. The other one that i had had a dark gray jacket, wasn't soft but in the end they do the same thing. they hold 4 wires for speakers. I used about 50 feet this time around to hook up BlueTooth in my bathroom. the bathroom had speakers instealled previously, so i tapped into the existing speakers and works great. the wire was easy to run through the beams and walls. I made a home mad reeler to pull the wire.Home Depot and Lowes don't stock 16/4 or 18/4 for some reason, so i had to buy online.

I've used this speaker wire and ran it through my ceiling to drop down to rear and side channel speakers. It's not a job you want to do and later find out there is a wire problem. This wire worked perfectly and has continued to do so for a couple of years. Definitely a good buy!

This cable is very flexible, easy to strip and tin the wires. However, the conductors do not appear to be smaller than 16 ga. Quality 16 ga wire strippers will not remove the insulation. I had to use the 18 ga setting on multiple tools to remove the insulation.

This cable is good for a long run to a pair of speakers. I used it partially inside the wall and, at some places, running along a baseboard in a room. Either way, it's convenient to have to deal with only one cable per pair of speakers than to have to deal with two cables. The only issue is what to do when the cable reaches the speakers. You have two options: (1) separate the internal wires into two pairs and attach each pair with wire nuts to an ordinary speaker wire that runs to an individual speaker (left and right respectively); or (2) strip a few feet of insulation off the end of the cable and run the individual pairs directly to the individual speakers. Option 1 is useful when the speakers are far apart. Option 2 is nice because no wire nuts or splicing is required but will only be useful when the speakers are very close together (otherwise, if the speakers are far apart, running the loose pairs of wires without the external insulation will be messy).

This is excellent multi conductor speaker wire. It is much higher quality than the aluminum wire being stranded copper, and not much more expensive. I used this 4 conductor wire to connect my surround speakers. I liked that I only had to run 2 of these (surround and rear) to the back of my room instead of 4 normal 2 conductor wires. I used some Techflex Flexo 1/2 braided cable covers to group the two and make them look nicer. This wire is meant to run in wall, but I just ran it on the floor under my seating and used a UT Wire 5 foot Cord Protector (3 channel) to run where people walk ocassionally.

Not much to say, it's a high quality 4-conductor cable at a good price. The PVC shield is durable and a little difficult to cut, but the extra durability makes me smile when pulling it through walls :)I've used the whole roll in my attic and walls and it's the best bang for the buck out there. The 16 AWG ensures that it can handle pretty much any audio signal you send through it with great detail and very little loss of power over long lengths.
