This was bigger than I thought it was which was great. We have a hamster and he had plenty of space to run and play. I give it 5 stars because of the size, the capability of folding it up and putting it away. It does take a few minutes to get the hang of folding it up, and it arrived on time at least for me faster than expected.There are two draw backs to this item, at least for me, you may want to consider laying down pee pads/training pads because hamsters do use the bathroom a lot, so the material is non pervious but I do worry it could still potentially strike through the material. And two, the sides are mesh, and our little hamster almost got out once he learned he could climb up the sides. So we spent more time keeping him from escaping than anything.I still give it 5 stars because of the timeliness it arrived in, the size, and you receive everything that’s stated. There were no defects. Just be prepared that if you hamster he/she will quickly figure out how to run up the sides. If that doesn’t bother you than this is a decent product to buy.

Set up is extremely easy and fast. Side panels are a bit flimsy and thin. I purchased this for my dwarf rabbit and within one week he ate through the thin netting on the panels. Clean up is a breeze on the floor portion. All in all it’s decent for a very small pet that does not chew or can hop higher than 12 inches. I’d say for the money it is worth a try.

We got this to contain our 5 kittens with the mama. Worked out great. They are now 5 weeks old and can scale it lol. The sides bend down. But they climb back in for bed. Keeps their toys in one spot at least. Good value for what it is. We put puppy pads down in the bottom.

It is easy to use, lightweight and folds nicely to store away. If your peg is kinda light weight then it might climb up the wall but I have a adult bearded dragon so the top just folds back in when he try’s to climb up

My parakeets and guinea pig enjoy this separately. I like to use this for my guinea pig, but I’m careful what floor I put it on because if she pees it goes straight through the vinyl we have mostly hard floors so it’s not an issue but if you put it on carpet, it will definitely wet the carpet.

Beware! Not only is this item not the one pictured, its dimensions are about 10” smaller than what is listed. The top is not open, it has a circular zipper that is not pictured. How about we show a photo of the actual item, not something entirely different?

I got this for my ferrets as a ball pit because I know that they can freely hop in and out of it, so it would be a terrible playpen for ferrets or rabbits. They can climb in and and out of it like it's nothing! If you're using it as a playpen for a hamster or guinea pig beware cause it's not water proof so accidents will run on your floors. 5 stars as a ball pit, 0 stars as a playpen. Folds up really small and easily so that's a plus.
