I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new.The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably.Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

It only use contour pillows and needed a new one so thought I'd give this a try. I like the small size and the ability to compress smaller in the provided bag while traveling but so far it's a bit hard and high for me. I do switch out with another pillow hoping continual use might soften it a bit.I want to love it but my head thinks it's more of a rock than a cloud. My nerve endings are sensitive so a firm base with a softer topping works best for me. I'll still give it time as some memory foams need time to break in a bit.

Very comfortable. I use this in my acupuncture practice, and patients often ask me where I got this pillow. I've sent the link out many times. Ended up getting one for home, too, and it's minimized neck pain and headaches upon waking. No off-gasing smell to it, which is important for me.

I have trouble finding a pillow that I don't wake up in the mornings with my neck feeling like my wife beat me with a broom handle all night long. This is a Memory Foam pillow and every one that I have tried are firm, and this one is not any different. Firm is good for the rolls on each side but, the scalloped center is firm also, and your head sits on top of the foam and doesn't sink into it, and still puts your head at an angle that's not always comfortable, when you're on your back. I am a side sleeper and it's still out of proportion for me.This pillow does have a removable layer that can be removed and will lower the total height of the pillow, by approximately 3/4 inch. Also, you can buy an additional layer from the manufacturer if you need it to be taller.I am not a fan of the Memory Foam pillows, but I tried this one because of the removable layer. It does help me when I remove it, because I prefer a lower pillow height.Even though I don't care for this pillow, it is of good quality and the covers are very nice, I'm still sleeping on it, over a month with it now, because I've not found anything that I think would better, other than a latex pillow, which I am looking for.If you prefer a firm, taller pillow that can be changed with the extra layer, this may be the pillow for you, because we all don't sleep the same.

This is hands down the best travel pillow I’ve ever used! Whenever I stay in hotels, I usually wake up with a stiff neck from the pillows they provide. I didn’t want that to ruin my trip, so I ordered several travel pillows on Amazon to test them out. This one stood out because it closely resembled my pillow at home, and unlike the others, it actually provided the neck support I needed.I’m a stomach/side sleeper and like to keep my arm under my pillow, so finding the right balance of comfort and support was key. This one is slightly denser than other travel pillows, but that’s what makes it so effective. I used a compression ziplock bag to pack it, and it flattened down impressively, much more than when stored in its case.I slept so well on vacation that I’m planning to get the full-size version to replace my old pillow at home. Absolutely worth it!

If you normally sleep on a contour pillow at home and then struggle when you go to a hotel, this little travel pillow will be your savior. I wish it was just a little bigger because it basically is the size of your head, so if you want to roll over while sleeping, you need to flip in one spot because the pillow isn’t wide enough - you will roll right off the pillow. But it is a perfect solution to needing a contour pillow when you are staying in a hotel.

I am a side sleeper. This supports my head and neck and takes weight off my shoulder. It is also very comfortable sleeping on your back. I have repurchased this.
