Goes deep
This set is designed for deep enemas in the shower or bath. The flexible hose is 19 1/2" long and comes with a chrome shower hose, male and female NPT adapters and a bottle adapter.The tube included with this set is far more flexible than the silicone colon tubes I've been using and had an odor when I opened the package which made me think it was actually latex, but it didn't react at all to flame so it's definitely silicone.I didn't need the shower hose but the set wasn't significantly more expensive than similar tubes that don't include it, so now I have a spare.

Difficult to use
This has to be one of the most difficult things to use. Trying to insert the hose in to use is like trying to give a cat a bath. The first 3 to 4 inches need to be stiffer to use this correctly or it is an up hill battle. Also this gives off the most horrible chemical smell. Did not like it and could not use it
