I bought this for my mom who’s been dealing with knee pain, and she absolutely loves it! The heat is nice and soothing, and the massage function is just strong enough to feel good without being overwhelming. It’s really easy to use—she figured it out on her own right away, which says a lot. The fit is adjustable, and it stays in place without slipping. She’s been using it every evening and says it’s become a part of her routine. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for relief from joint pain or just want something to relax your knees after a long day!

As of June 21, 2021 I’ve been using these wraps for about a month 4-5 times a week 2-3 times a day. So far, they work well. I read many of the reviews, especially the 1 star reviews. Here’s my experience:Pro:- good heat distribution around the knee- Velcro holds the wrap in place securely- vibration is a little goofy at first but I got used to it and then I found it helpful- I have grade 3 osteoarthritis and my knees are sort of a mess after decades of sports abuse. This heating wrap is part of the litany of therapies I use - cold, heat, massage, counter irritants, diclofenac gel and NSAID’s. This wrap supplies the heat/massage- you can use the one wrap with the controller alone or both together - the wraps unplug from one another and that fact provides a lot a lot of utility- good for pre-golf and cycling warm upCon:- Could use one more heat setting. It doesn’t get quite hot enough for my purposes- not sure how long it will last, many of the 1 star reviews centered on lack of longevity.- could use multiple timer settings rather than a flat 30 minute shut offOverall this was a good purchase. I suspect my knee “adventure” will eventually land me in the OR and I’ll do whatever to stall that for as long as possible.My left knee sucks - wakes me up at night burning and aching. Awaiting a cortisone shot next week that I hope helps but I have my doubts because the cortisone shot in my shoulder 10 years ago didn’t do a thing for my shoulder pain. It did clear up my hay fever for a month.I’ll take whatever relief I can get and this heat/vibration cuff set fills the bill for now. I really needed this. Two bad knees, one torn miniscus, both arthritic. I used this alternately with gel ice pads. The heat and vibration relives pain better than anything else I tried. Real relief for a good price.

Love this product. The design and fit are very good because of adjustable straps being so versatile and functional enough to be easily used on more than my knees. I had leg cramps the shift to my calves was great. The heat levels are wonderful. I appreciate the price point. I have paid much more for less effective items.

My Two Cents:Honestly, I had high hopes for the COMFIER Heated Knee Massager, but after using it a few times, I'm pretty underwhelmed. The heating element is okay, but it never gets quite hot enough to provide that deep, soothing relief I was looking for; it feels more lukewarm than therapeutic. The "massage" function is the bigger disappointment, as it's really just a mild vibration that buzzes indiscriminately rather than targeting the specific aches and pains around my knee joint. Combined with a somewhat bulky fit that tends to slip if you move at all, the whole experience felt more like a minor annoyance than the effective pain relief I was hoping to get.

Let me first preface this by saying I'm not a senior. Just a new pickleball player who isn't used to all the squatting and running, and whose knees and legs are sore while learning the sport. I probably didn't read properly, but this is NOT wireless. So it only works while it's plugged in. The cord is pretty long, so you don't need to be right next to the outlet, but you do need an outlet. The heat is excellent, and actually, while the massage function is only vibration, it's a pretty strong vibration and works perfectly for tired knees and legs. The design is pretty fool proof. The way the cords connect the two braces prevents you from attaching the wrong cord. Likewise, you won't be able to use it upside down, since the cord has to connect to the master cord. So overall, the design is really good and intuitive. Let me just add - along with their foot massager, my legs/feet/knees feel renewed daily!

The quality and fit of the product was great , the heat level is what made me give 4 stars. It doesn't get really hot. The massager part is great and it sticks together very very well.
