very solid keyboard let down by LED backlight
Keyboard itself is fantastic for a membrane keyboard. It feels very solid, I would say for gaming experience is much better that typing experience which is a bit a bummer for me as I'm not a gamer. The keys are a little stiff for typing, but nothing extreme I could not get used to. I have couple of mechanical keyboards with brown and blue switches and this keyboard definitely feels harder to type than those. It is more tactile but not unpleasant. The key travel is ok, key caps size and the ergonomics is fantastic. It feels really smooth to touch, it is not loud, rather the opposite. It is heavy, rock solid, doesn't dance around the desk when accidentally pushed with elbow or notepad. In this respect and this price range it must be one of the best on the market.Unfortunately all the good work on the ergonomic side is let down by mediocre backlight. There are two versions of RBG called aurora and solid red (quite bright actually). Both versions go with and without animation effect. Only two levels of brightness control. The brighter feels way too bright even in the sunny afternoon. But the worst thing is an audible sound of cheap capacitors inside. The last thing you want from your keyboard - especially quiet one - is to make it whining noises. Of course it is louder with full brightness, but can be heard even on the least bright settings. The animation effects are particularly annoying as it goes on and off as the animation progresses. This is not an issue for a gamer, especially with headphones, but if you are a programmer working in the night in quiet room it is definitely something you will hear. This would be split rating. For gaming it is 5 start, for typing it is 3 stars. For me it is a no because of the audible capacitor sounds.

Not for me
Decided to return as it's not what I was hoping for. Keyboard is quite large and keys are tall and noisy. lights cannot be turned off either.

It broke on arrival..
So as the headline says, this keyboard was broken on arrival, whoever wired it up has caused a feedback error inside the lights. Whenever the LGB lights come on the keyboard makes a whining noise the ENTIRE time. Now I can live without lights so I just turned them off and carried on as usual. It's now broke on me.. This is one of the most over price pieces of crap I have ever purchased on this entire website. AVOID
