Whitmor Honeycomb Drawer Organizer - White - Set of 3

The item is very sturdy and easy to put together. I like that I can choose the size by choosing how many sections to add. My bedroom is now much more organized.

Has helped me keep my socks organized. Very easy to assemble, and are trimmable if you need something smaller.

Confession: I have organization OCD. Yes, it's something my therapist and I discuss on the regular. Something about finding things in life I can control since I can't control other things... ANYWAY, I have a very organized home/life. I look at Container Store catalogs the same way most women look at Nordstrom catalogs. Like many people I have a sock drawer that was a hot mess. I'm a research scientist and have to wear closed toe shoes every day. I also live in a cold climate. This means I have a lot of socks. From no show to ankle to sport to casual to dress. I stuff them in my drawer and can barely close it. I decided to give this cute little honeycomb a try to see how it did at wrangling all my many socks.It arrived on time and well packaged. This thing is SUPER easy to put together. I mean, completely idiot proof. That's always refreshing! I also love that you can make your own custom size (within limits) and that there are different configurations you can use. If you don't like it, it's easy to take apart and reassemble another way!This entire unit, fully assembled measures 14"x13.2" give or take (see pics) and has 18 enclosed spots for socks, though you can use the half open ones against the side of the drawer for peds, knee highs or no show socks as well (which opens up up to 10 more spaces).The entire unit, fully assembled was smaller than my sock drawer width and length wise so it floats around a little bit when I open and close it. You can see how much extra space is left with it put in from my pictures. In terms of height, it was just right. My drawer is very small (only 3" tall) and at 2.6" this fit in perfectly.As far as the actual holes go, I can only fit one pair of size 8.5 foot casual socks in each hole. However, I can fit up to 3 pair of no show socks in each hole. In truth, I can fit more socks in my drawer by stuffing them in like I've always done before, but this keeps it much more organized and pretty and I can sort by colors and don't have to dig around every time I'm looking for a specific pair or color. Honestly I'm a fan, especially for the price! I'll probably get one of these for my husband as well. FYI, my dresser is an IKEA Hemmnes 6 drawer chest if that helps.Actually, I think this little honeycomb could have a lot of organizational uses. I may buy one when it's time to put away my Christmas ornaments! Though, the holes are too small to fit average size glass ball, I think they'd be perfect for most of our ornaments! I think it could be great for a craft and sewing room as well to sort thread or yarn, buttons, snaps, closures, beads, rubber bands etc. Useful indeed!In summary, even though it isn't a perfect fit in my drawer and even though it cuts down the actual number of socks I can technically fit in the drawer itself, I'm happy that I bought this and will continue to use it because being organized is far better than being able to stuff a lot of stuff in a drawer and have to dig for what you want every time. This works perfect. I can fit about 2 pairs socks or panties in each cell. This really helps so you can see everything you have without having to move everything around and make a chaotic mess. It was incredibly easy to assemble and fits my drawer length/width perfectly!

Instead of sorting through all my dark colored socks trying to determine if they are blue or black, I now can sort them keeping the blues and the blacks apart from each other. And I realized I had way too many socks, so I was able to get rid of some. My drawer is wide enough that I still have room for other items in my drawer. This was easy to put together.

Works well enough. I have Ikea Tarva dressers in my bedroom, however (both the tall and wide versions), and these don't fit efficiently in the drawers. Regardless of how you put them together, they simply won't fit perfectly in the drawers from either direction. I suppose you could cut them to make smaller versions, but it would probably look pretty bad (they're fairly thick plastic). Also, while they're easy enough to assemble, there isn't really a way to make them snap together into longer rows.Another issue I've had is that the honeycomb shape isn't very conducive to how I fold my undergarments. I fold my underwear the same way they do in stores, but my little squares don't fit well in the hexagon, forcing me to take the extra step of rolling my underwear. In the past I've used regular shoe boxes for keeping my drawers in check, so I think I'll go back to that method.

These simple honeycomb dividers have organized my socks, my panties, and cami...making getting dressed much easier! They worked so well I had to order some for my husband!

These separators are the best. They don’t fold over. They look great in my drawers. The size is adaptable.
