I love natures bounty products. They're a great quality and I trust them. These don't upset my super sensitive stomach, and they don't taste weird. They're also a good size - not too big. I can definitely tell if I run out and forget to order. I do recommend taking them twice a day, like it says on the bottle. I can tell a difference when I take them just once a day as opposed to twice. If I take them as the bottle says, they work great!!
