This is plain old regular grape nuts, which I love and is one of my favorite breakfast cereals. However, what made this purchase really nice was that it was on a super good sale on Amazon. Thank you, Amazon, for helping me save money on what I would need to buy anyway!

This cereal is such a staple in my kitchen. I personally love adding it to my yogurt for breakfast or even a mid-day snack. It gives the perfect crunch and makes everything more filling. I have also tried it with almond milk and honey, which was really good too. It is not too sweet, and I appreciate that it is made from whole grains and is non-GMO. This is definitely not the kind of cereal you just eat straight out of the box unless you enjoy really crunchy things, but once you mix it into something, it shines. I keep coming back to this brand because it is consistent and I know what I am getting. If you like granola or crunchy toppings, this will be perfect for you. I highly recommend it for yogurt lovers or anyone looking for a hearty cereal that is versatile and healthy.
