My favorite electrolytes! I do alot of hot yoga and have struggled with kidney stones for several years. Since I have been drinking these electrolytes, I haven’t had a kidney stone!! Who knew something so cheap and simple could keep me out of the emergency room!

I've been using this electrolyte mix for over 10 years. It worked great for hydration needs and the lemon/lime version didn't taste too bad. I can not consume a lot of sugar and this packet doesn't taste very sweet. I used this when training for triathlons and marathons. Since I have Lupus, Fibro, and Sjogrens, I am required to hydrate a lot due to medications, etc. I did not struggle with muscle cramps while training.

I have to add a tad bit of stevia because it's slightly bitter tasting.

As far as I'm concerned, these power paks are life savers both during summer and winter. Summer time refreshment that makes you feel good. I always drink them during winter as well as your inside with the heat on.

A very good product to keep all your electrolytes in balance. I drink at least one a day, sometimes two if not feeling well.

Impossible to open packets without scissors & new taste is too sweet.Tried to return them, but Amazon said no because its food.I have used this product in its previous Lemon Lime Flavor version for years for softball & hot California summers. The flavor used to be mild & easy to drink.This new flavor is WAY TOO SWEET!I've moved on to Microingredients Sport Electrolyte Tablets.With both Trace Minerals & Microingredients I put 1 serving into 32oz of water.I'm finding Microingredients to taste about like the previous Trace Minerals and it has a better price
