Must have, don't think about it, Just Buy!!!
This AVT chipping hammer does the same work as a 35lb hammer however you can basically operate with one hand at times and of course the lighter weight sure makes it as a versatile tool that is a must have on any job. We use this for landscaping and with one guy operating this you can have 3 guys behind him trying to keep up with the chipping gun.

Get The Job Done
I bought two of these to replace my aging demo hammers. They are more powerful, quieter, and reduced impact on your hand (for less hand fatigue). I am a Remodeling General Contractor how "swings the hammer" I used these for a current project 2000 sq ft removal & they did the job. I always find when you find the right tool they pay for themselves (even if they may not be cheap). Quality pays... not costs!

A work horse.
A light yet hard hitting hammer. It works hard so you don't have too. Bits are easy to change even when they are hot, you don't have to handle them if you don't want too. I bought this because we kept renting them and knew we were just paying for someone else have one and make money off it. A solid piece of equipment that you wont regret purchasing.

Awesome
So glad I purchased it. Needed to remove hardwood flooring that had been glued down in a restaurant. This tool worked like a charm. Looking forward to removing the tile in my kitchen next.

What a life and back savor!
I was skeptical at first, but this Demo hammer stepped up to the challenge and preformed very well. It had the power to break up old tile and glued down vinyl flooring from a concrete floor with ease once I chose the right bit/scraper tool LOL :). It also punched through 6 inches of concrete to expose the drain lines under the floor as well. I'm happy with it so far :)
