Q: I don't see the size for this listing. Can you please point me to the shoe size this accomodates?

If you go to the Sole Insoles website they require shoe size. I checked and this Amazon seller is not asking for shoe size . I have bought Sole insoles through Amazon but from a seller who asks for shoe size. The medium in this description refers to the thickness of the sole, not the size.

Q: How long do these last? How many miles before they need to be replaced?

I have two pair that have lasted for a year now. I use them hiking, backpacking and exercising. They haven’t lost any of there support.

Q: how high is the arch?

The arch is comfortable. High enough to make your feet feel good. I have been wearing these insoles for years. Started wearing them when I had plantar fasciitis. My physical therapist recommended them. I have tried many others and none work as well for me as these. Jean

Q: If i am between sizes should I size up or down?

If your foot is an 11 1/2, then I would size up. You can always cut it down to fit your shoe, by using the old insole as a template. I trust that this will help.
