I used these a lot when I was living in Japan. You can get them for a lot cheaper, everywhere over there, and they work great for menstrual pain (in conjunction with pain relievers). I looked and looked and was happy to find these. They get warm and last for longer than you'd think they would. They also stick super well and stay where you put them until you're ready to peel them off, even if you sweat. 10/10 I love these things.They *do* take a little while to warm up when you first open them (I'm guessing it takes awhile for the chemical reaction to happen), but once they do it's good.

I am a returning customer and have purchased Hotteeze Heat Pads multiple times. These heat pads are the best around for both the price and quality! I’ve recommended them to all my girlfriends because they truly work wonders.I used to buy Thermacare menstrual pads, but I realized I was overpaying at $14.99 for just four heating pads. I couldn’t justify the expense anymore and decided to switch to Hotteeze. The difference is astounding—not only are these heat pads more affordable, but they also deliver superior relief.

I have used Well Patch brand hot patches for years. They are extremely hard to find right now so I tried these. IMO they do get too hot if applied directly to skin or the inside of clothing. As others have stated, it is hard to get them to work on top of a shoulder unless you are wearing something tight for them to adhere too. Anything loose and they move all over. Since I would use them in a variety of areas and the only place it was practical for me to use them on was my lower back--stuck to the outside of my underwear with pants pressing them in place--I won't be buying them again. I found an off brand on here that you can stick to your body and went with them as the Well Patch replacement. I do think if you had period pain these would probably work great for that.

These patches actually get hot, but not so hot they burn you... And they do last a long time!I use these for period cramps when I am at work, so I don't have to worry about the patch failing in the middle of the day. It easily soothes my cramps and lasts until I get home!

sorry for the strange picture but these will literally cut into your skin! The picture is the scar it left on me. It doesn’t have rounded edges so it’s like a realllyyyyy bad paper cut. Otherwise good value and adhesive is good. It heats up well and retains heat too, maybe just wear through a layer of fabric to protect your skin.

Was expecting it to be a little bigger, but it definitely is a great heating patch h.It was warm to the touch before even putting it on.I’ve bought multiple heating patches before but this is the only one with so many at a decent price, fingers crossed that it works well.

I’ve been using this products for years during cold winter and it keeps me warm for hours. Not only the heat lasts long but also it stays on a cloth really good until you peel it off, so I love it!
