My favorite flavor. Very easy to drink. Not thick at all nor whey flavored.

First, ready to drink protein is more expensive than mixing your own. But, being on the go, RTDs are the perfect solution. No mess, no mixing and it is portable. No leaks from a blender bottle. The cherry 🍒 lemonade 🍋 is quite refreshing. Who doesn't enjoy lemonade in the spring and summer? I've tried this ice cold and room temperature. I'm pleased to say the flavor is amazing either way.

My nutritionist suggested this product after I told her I was struggling to get my daily intake of protein after bariatric surgery. I was sick of drinking shakes. The protein content is pretty good, and if I need more, I add a liquicel pack to that. I have tried 3 flavors and like them all! I thought it would taste chalky or medicinal, but it tastes good! The only drawback is that it leaves kind of a film coating in my mouth, but most proteins do that for me. It is kind of pricey, but in my opinion worth it!

My son’s multipack was discontinued so we got this one. A little over priced but he liked the flavor

The old formulation was amazing! It had essentially replaced my daily morning cup of coffee, as an alternative that tasted great, had a simple ingredient list, and a decent amount of protein.The new formulation has nearly 9X more sodium! And you can really taste the difference. It went from a refreshing flavored water to something closer to salty Gatorade.After drinking about 5 of these a week for 2 years, I'm going to be moving on to a different brand. Its a bummer they felt the need to change what was a great product.

This protein and energy drink keeps me going throughout the day. It’s delicious and you can have it by itself or with a meal in place of a soda or other high sugary drink. I never get tired of the flavor and it’s really refreshing and worth every penny.

These were very good but they clearly changed the recipe and too much salt. They taste like Propel or Gatorade.
