Excellent travel scale
I took this on a 3-week trip to Spain and used it every day. It worked perfectly once I got used to standing on the small surface. If you stand still, it will quickly get your weight and then keep it on the screen for about 10 seconds after you step off. Large display.

It is the best option for travel
It is small so a bit of a challenge to stand on, but I had no problem. It gives good weights that track to other scales. And it gives me an option to stay in my diet as I travel

Do not waste your money on this inaccurate scale.
I had high hopes for this travel scale because it came recommended. Not accurate: The accuracy of the reading is entirely based on how you stand on the device. With my full-sized scale, I stand on it, get a reading, step off and try again - I receive the same reading. With this tiny scale, I could receive readings that are multiple pounds apart depending on how I stood on the scale. I'm trying to stand on my toes, or always stand with exactly the same part of my feet hanging off the device, and it's a big pain. I have zero confidence that this scale is giving me an accurate reading. Not easy to use: Standing on the scale is uncomfortable. Since parts of my feet are always hanging off, the reading isn't the same two seconds later. Not easy to read: My feet don't fit on the scale, and how I position my feet determines what weight I see on the display, so I'm forced to stand in an uncomfortable position waiting for the reading to come up on the screen. The scale itself is very small, and the weight screen is a portion of this very small scale that I can't cover with my feet.I am extremely disappointed in this product. I was very excited having seen multiple positive reviews.

I'm impressed
I was nervous that the manufacturer was trading accuracy for size. Today I stepped on my doctor supplied scale then immediately on this. There was only a 0.1 lbs difference, and that could easily be accounted for in rounding.Because of it's size, it did take a bit to figure out the best place for my size 10 US (9.5 UK 43 Europe) feet to stand to maintain balance long enough to get a reading, but once I figured that out its simple to use.

Super compact
Perfect travel scale, it can be a bit difficult to stand still on because of it's size, but once i figured it out it's a gem

Accurate and such a small footprint!
I was very excited to find this scale! I started a new fitness/healthy eating plan in January which asks me to log my weight every day. On a trip in February, I had a lot of difficulty finding a scale at the hotels I stayed in. This will be perfect for me to use while travelling and It is so small I can easily slide it under my dresser after I weight myself each morning. So far it has matched my larger scale, so I am confident of the accuracy. I have small feet (size 6), so it is not difficult to balance on the scale. The number stays for probably 15-20 seconds after stepping off the scale, though, so I think it would be find even for those with larger feet if they just step on, wait a couple seconds and step off. It came with a battery which was nice. I simply had to remove the plastic packaging around the battery and it worked right away.

Accuracy is doubtful
This scales is indeed amazingly small and light - perfect for travel. With that comes a certain compromise in usability, of course - as many have pointed out, you need to figure out a good way to balance on this. The bigger you are, the harder this might be. At 6'1'', I did find it manageable. I usually position the scale somewhere where I can get a hold of something while I step on the scale, then let go.The thing that has me a bit concerned is accuracy. Right off the bat, this scale shows my weight different than my full-size scales at home. If this were a constant offset, like 1 pound more or such, it wouldn't be a big deal, but it varies from day to day. Also, if you weigh yourself 4 times in a row, you are likely to get a certain variation of the reading - sometimes over a pound! I don't know about others, but I am interested in at least a 0.4 pound accuracy - I don't gain 8 pounds form one day to the next, where a pound more or less would matter much.I bought this as a travel scale so I wouldn't have to miss out on weighing myself if I'm on the road for more than one night. I'm not real sure if I have something useable now...
