I read an article about Lutein and decided to try it out. I picked Lutigold based on the positive reviews.I'm on my third bottle, and my 200 reading glasses were getting too strong. I ordered 150, which I haven't used in at least five years, and they're perfect. Good stuff! Works well ... and quality company from my experience. Lutein is a highly recommended supplement for eye health as you get older, especially if you have macular degeneration in the family. I haven't had any issues with it and I've used it for decades.
