Item doesn’t qualify for a return - ours was sent in a larger box with heavy items and the lady fingers were smashed and broken. They taste great but won’t work for the recipe I was hoping to use them for as they are crushed, broken and beyond damaged.

Horrible... didn't use because i was scared to try the bag was open and inside it was like small bites like a mouse 🐁 had some fun there . I was disgusted. I really hoped to be good because i wanted to do something for my husband bday as he is gluten free and i couldn't even use it i had to go buy something else .

I think these are the best for tiramisu, good taste and absorption

Had excellent taste however be aware that they are very delicate and crumble easily. Amazon shipped my order in puffy envelope instead of box and it arrived without a s8ngle whole ladyfinger.

Packing is inadequate to protect the lady fingers. Everyone one of them was broken, making it impossible to serve to guests. The bottom of the plastic package was filled with ‘dust like crumbs’Love the cookie but sturdier packaging is needed to protect them from breaking

Great for making a gluten free trifle. They were quite crispy in texture, but softened up when I poured the sherry all over them and tasted great once done. Very easy to use, easily broken to fit whatever bowl you’re using and not expensive for GF so I was happy.

Horrible!!! If I wasn’t desperate, I would return! Your company NEEDS TO USE PADDED SHIPPING!!! NOT A FLIMSY BAG TO SHIP TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS!! These things are fragile! And vary expensive for practically nothing! Thank you very much for the poor quality control.
