Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers - 1.1 Pound

These are my favorite brand of Ladyfingers! I always use these to make tiramisu and they always turn out great. The texture is amazing. It soaks up the perfect amount of espresso and if the tiramisu feels dry, I try to let it sit a little longer and it does the trick. The price is great as they can be expensive.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that while they’re great overall, I found them to be a little more delicate than some other brands I’ve tried. A few did break during handling, but that’s a minor issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers to anyone looking for a reliable, tasty option!
