These hurt, but read full review please.
The little pieces meant to grab the inside of the nose hurt. But I Love the version that doesn’t have the grabbing part, because it is very comfortable and stays in my nose all day long without slipping and helps me breath a lot easier. I’ve been wearing the non grip kind for 4 years day and night.

Too small, still more comfortable than others
I didn't realize there were sizes, I was only offered the small to try - otherwise I would have never said my nose is small! So in order to be fair, I'll ignore the fact that this probably doesn't suit me as well as it should.I've got a collapsed valve in one side of my nose due to a childhood injury, leading to almost total loss of airflow on that side. Breathing regularly through my nose is possible only if I accept that I'll be breathing very noisily, and even then I need to supplement my airflow with mouth breathing on occasion. Surgery is an option but it's not going to be cheap, and in order for insurance to pay for any of it I have to take steroids for six months. To "attempt" to "fix" a physical issue. Sure. Logical. All that is to say that a device like this provides me immediate, noticeable, ability to breathe through both sides of my nose, and eliminates the embarrassing wheezing noise breathing makes. It looks a bit like I've got my septum pierced - it'd be hilarious to make the middle bit available in silver or gold colors, why not go fashionable? - but I do not even care a little bit! I can breathe!Due to the structural damage in my nose I've tried many devices like this. The little "basket" shaped tubes, my previous top pick, are functional but much less comfortable due to the sort of scratchy texture their inserts have. After a while wearing this one the pressure becomes less noticeable (again, a properly sized one may have helped here). The shape of this device makes it easy to clean, and it comes with a little storage case.If your nose works, I imagine this will feel less like a miracle but still bring a noticeable improvement to your breathing. Larger air passage = more air, for everyone. Pay attention to sizes and let yourself try it for a week. You're sticking something foreign up your nose, it's not going to be comfy the first few times.

Awesome! A ENT suggested that I try Airmax and I'm so glad that I did. My nasal passages collapse when I breathe and these comfortably hold them open while I sleep. I have several of them and keep on in my purse so that if we go someplace and I forget to pack one, I still have one available. Can't imagine sleeping without one!

Nope
I am beginning to wonder if these things work at all or I have something that keeps them from helping. Idk. At first it seems like it could help but quickly realize that it actually blocks my nasal passages breathing around it.It doesn't help. It's made well. But it doesn't help

Great for Workouts
I used these nasal dilators during workouts and it made a world of difference. They stretch the inside of your nose but not to an uncomfortable degree. At first, they felt very strange and do take some getting used to since they clip to the inside of your nose and can cause some initial irritation. According to the included manual, this improves with regular use and I noticed improvement after around five days. Be sure to follow the care guide included and sanitize the nosepiece after each use. After using these dilators daily for a couple months, I can say that I fully recommend them. They become comfortable and barely noticeable over time. I also like that the u-bend at the bottom of the dilator is discrete leading to a natural look while in use. If you are at all interested in a nasal dilator, I would recommend giving these a try.

More comfortable than alternative designs.
These work very well. They are made of a soft plastic which, along with the shape, makes these incredibly comfortable to wear compared to other designs. The piece itself is touching part of your nostril - not the entire diameter; it has a large, soft contact patch - not hard and edged. These also stay secured much better the other designs I've used. It doesn't fall out of your nose, and it doesn't shift around inside your nose (which will lead to discomfort). The only "con" is that these offer no size adjustability, where the other style can 'click' to a larger/smaller diameter. In my option this doesn't matter because the shape of this device effectively makes expand and press outward on the nostril - not form a circular structure that the nostril rests around (I know that didn't make a lot of sense - in summary the lack of "adjustability" is meaningless). As to sizing, I am having good results with a size Small, where as I needed a Medium with the other type. It is possible that this product in a Medium size could work even better for me... but the small is working great as is and I have no intention of changing size.I highly recommend these. They work better than external, "breathe-right" strips, they are less noticeable, they are reusable, and they don't wear out after extended use (and no skin irritation). Don't hesitate if you are in the market.
