Great for deviated septum
My 15 year old uses this because deviated septum and they help her breathe for soccer/track. She has noticed a huge difference and does not get as tired now as she is taking in more O2. We purchased a couple of different kinds but likes these the best. She also sometimes wears these at night to help breath while she sleeps.

DEFINITELY BUY!!
Literally changed my sleep entirely. Crazy to me that something so small could so positively affect my sleep. I no longer wake during the night, I no longer snore according to my partner & I feel so much better upon waking! I will say the inside of my nose feels a little tender when I first put it in at night but if I slightly adjust it that fixes the issue.

Hurts and won't stay in
It hurts my nose, the design keeps the product from going back father enough in your nose, and won't stay in.

Better sleep at last
I have a deviated septum that makes me snore at night leaving it hard to breathe, this has been wonderful at night, easy to insert, don’t leave my nose sore, great sleep.

Nasal dilator
The nasal dilators pinch and caused pain. I had to remove them. Tried several times to wear them but it had the same result.

Too small, still more comfortable than others
I didn't realize there were sizes, I was only offered the small to try - otherwise I would have never said my nose is small! So in order to be fair, I'll ignore the fact that this probably doesn't suit me as well as it should. I've got a collapsed valve in one side of my nose due to a childhood injury, leading to almost total loss of airflow on that side. Breathing regularly through my nose is possible only if I accept that I'll be breathing very noisily, and even then I need to supplement my airflow with mouth breathing on occasion. Surgery is an option but it's not going to be cheap, and in order for insurance to pay for any of it I have to take steroids for six months. To "attempt" to "fix" a physical issue. Sure. Logical. All that is to say that a device like this provides me immediate, noticeable, ability to breathe through both sides of my nose, and eliminates the embarrassing wheezing noise breathing makes. It looks a bit like I've got my septum pierced - it'd be hilarious to make the middle bit available in silver or gold colors, why not go fashionable? - but I do not even care a little bit! I can breathe! Due to the structural damage in my nose I've tried many devices like this. The little "basket" shaped tubes, my previous top pick, are functional but much less comfortable due to the sort of scratchy texture their inserts have. After a while wearing this one the pressure becomes less noticeable (again, a properly sized one may have helped here). The shape of this device makes it easy to clean, and it comes with a little storage case. If your nose works, I imagine this will feel less like a miracle but still bring a noticeable improvement to your breathing. Larger air passage = more air, for everyone. Pay attention to sizes and let yourself try it for a week. You're sticking something foreign up your nose, it's not going to be comfy the first few times.

Opens nasal passages
These are amazing. I’ve used those nasal strips and they usually work but there’s always the problem with removal. No such problem with these. Insert and they prop open your nasal passage. They felt weird the first few uses but now, no problem. If I lay on my right side my right nostril collapses in on itself. This gizmo keeps that nostril open. Much cheaper than than turbinator surgery the ENT doc recommended and no side effects.
