How do I file a warranty claim because one bulb is flickering and dim?

Good Luck, mine went out just after the allowable return date, they wont contact you. I threw mine away and put bulbs back in. Waste of money......

Turn signals do not work only light up do not blink an makes a wired noise in side the cab on a 2008 f150

You have to take it to a dealer and pay $100 fee for them to reprogram your computer. Adding a load resistor in-line also works. The final option is google search forscan and learn to reprogram your own computer.

Do these blink if used as break lights? Or only for turn signal?

The ones I bought were for the front turn signal so no brake lights. I would think you would need a two circuit lamp for brake and turn function in one lamp.
