Ruby does not write its lead free? What's the fact?

Ruby's say they don't use lead in their ingredients but they also mention that there could be traces of lead in the other ingredients they source to make lipsticks. But they assure that the lead level is less than toxic levels. As a customer I see the difference since switching to Ruby's. My lips don't get darker when I use the lipstick and I use it everyday. My lips get really dark when I use other mainstream lipsticks. Hope this helps.
