I remember playing this with my brother when I was young, so I was delighted to see this and play with my 4 year old. It is great for teaching him to catch without turning his head and closing his eyes :)the 'fur' of the tennis balls hasn't worn too much after a couple months and the velcro isn't collecting debris, like I remember the ones from 25 years ago doing... so that is nice! Velcro strap on the back handle could be a little bit better quality.

Great portable toy for backyard, overnight trips, lightweight and a good active toy for my kids to pass time anywhere! An extra paddle would have been nice so that more than 2 kids can play at a time. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because on 3 occasions now the Velcro strap has slipped out of the ring and it required ~15 minutes of squeezing and tweezers to get the strap back in.

Such a fun game and we still play with it after a few months of ownership, but the durability is very low. The rim on one of the hand paddles broke after the 2nd use. Can't really glue or fix it so we just play with the broken item. It's a shame. I purchased this because of the price point and the fact that it had my kids favorite color. Maybe good for 1 summer if you don't mind playing with a broken paddle.

is hard to order certain items without actually seeing them.. Thankfully this item came out just what I wanted.After reading other similar products I am happy to say that the balls where the right size so the paddles.Very happy with this purchase.
