Product as advertised, one problem - solved quickly!
Now that I am retired and work part time occasionally, I was looking for used P51. IT Supply Guys had it, condition was excellent, and price was good. I got it in a couple of days, and everything was as advertised, except that there was a problem with the battery. I contacted Support, and problem was resolved right away - new battery was shipped promptly. I would definitely recommend IT Supply Guys for product quality and great service. JD

No copy of operating system to reinstall if needed. No response from Amazon or Lenovo.

Nice laptop, Returned.
Nice laptop, still I'm returning it. It works great, but it has the wrong graphics card for what I need. In case you're also looking for a laptop compatible with Photoshop, this one has a directX 12 FEATURE LEVEL 11. Photoshop requires "feature level 12" to be fully compatible. You can run Photoshop, but not at full strength. Otherwise, this laptop is great. Five stars, would recommend otherwise.
