what is the packing size? do I have to assemble a lot?

box was fairly large, 3ft by 4ft by 6inch? Was a good bit to put together, it probably took me about an hour or so. Turned out great though and has held up well for about a year know with a lot of use from a 3 year old.

Can you tell me what the house is made of? One review stated that it was made of cardboard. Also is it worth the price?

The house is constructed of particle board as well as real wood in some of the detail pieces. The rooftop is plastic as well as the stair case and some other features. However the house is well constructed and very sturdy once put together. My daughter loves it. I believe it was worth every penny. Good luck
