Not sure if it is heirloom, but was good.
The only two types of wheat that are even remotely okay for health that I know of are Einkorn and Emmer (or any fermented wheat would be okay as well). I asked the company to confirm if their "heirloom" wheat was one of these, but didn't get a clear answer. If it IS heirloom wheat from 10,000 years ago, and if it has been untouched and un-modified, then this would be an okay wheat. However, all flours oxidize within an hour of exposre to air, so all flours are at least partially oxidized before they even package them! Now that I know about the health dangers of oxidized fats, etc., I don't use any flours any more... only whole seeds. But if you don't believe me and think that flours can be healthy, then this is a good flour :)

Must try
This is one of the best flours I have used. Have been using Reliq flour for some time and I have had a good experience with it.The fact that they grind my flour after placing my order seals the deal for me.Rotis look healthy (you know bit darker in color), and have this amazing earthy aroma which I havent found in other flours (maybe because it is fresh ground or maybe because of Reliq wheat, not sure), but I love it!Must Try!

Able to make soft bread !
I am so surprised that this atta is able to make really soft bread.I used to use other brand organic atta( normal wheat) but it gets so heavy if I use 100% atta without maida. But with this Reliq atta even 100% without maida result is still soft and easy to digest.Dark brown and tasty!Definitely better than ordinary atta and there is something special about it.

Second time order was pretty bad
Ordered 5Kg first time, rotis were amazingly soft and were clearly much better than any other flour i tried. Second time ordered 5kg again, the flour was worse than even the cheapest of atta brands. Rotis were incredibly dry and stiff, tried kneading dough with warm water etc etc nothing helped.Quality is NOT CONSISTENT!

Disappointed
I bought this product but not satisfied with the quality of wheat flour. The Roties quickly get dried and gets hard in no time. I will not recommend this product to any one.

Quality affected
We are using this twf Reliq atta since a year now. We used to like this atta a lot for its rich flavour, aroma, taste and texture. But After march the quality has severly been affected. Not sure how to contact the manufacturer to restore its quality back.
