Sanilo Toilet Seat, Great Range of Colorful Toilet Seats, Stable Hinges, Easy to Mount (Vintage)

This toilet seat looked the business when I first installed it and actually it still does from a distance. It was really easy to fit and looked fantastic quality. However, around the edge of the lid the coating is already cracked and coming away, which started happening about a year after I installed it. This is obviously not good as it's now a haven for bacteria not to mention just not what you expect from a £30 toilet seat - the last seat I had lasted about 8 years before it started breaking down and it was much cheaper!

A definite talking point - you can always sit on it and sing:- " I am sitting on top of the world." It is good quality. A little darker than I expected but certainly different from boring plain colours.

Very pleased with this seat. Fitted very easily and quickly. Hinges are silver and sturdy, fixtures are metal with metal nuts to secure seat from underneath. There is also a set of hard wearing plastic fixtures if you don't want metal fixtures. The actual seat and lid is not flimsy, and the design is repeated on both sides of the seat, and on the lid. This is a very glamourous toilet seat, if there is such a thing! It is really attractive and it does enhance the bathroom. it is subtle in colour, so it does not take over the room.

I ordered two the same colour as I have two toilets and one toilet seat was ok but the other one had resin embedded in where one of the screws should go, so instead of returning it I had to hammer and scrape out the resin to get the screw to fit. I was rather disappointed and to be quite honest I was losing the will to live trying to fit them.

This is a good-looking loo seat. I worried before it arrived that it might look cheap and tacky. It does not.It is made of wood (as far as I can tell) and that shows through in its quality, somehow, despite the design/decoration on it.It also arrived way earlier than estimated.I am delighted with it! : )

I really like the seat!! Plastic nuts!! So not sure how long it will last though this review is months after it's fitted as some times reviews are too soon!! So so far so good!! Plusmetal nuts are a nuisance to get off!!
