A Fantastic Investment for Any Wine Lover & Collector. Worth the Cost!!!
Amazing piece and something any serious collector or wine enthusiast should add to their luggage wardrobe. Full transparency before I continue. About a decade ago, I had the fortunate luck of meeting the founders at a wine event when they were just getting started and looking for funding. Back then I knew they had a winner. At the time I wanted it but didn't really have the need. That said, now i have the need. They put A LOT of thought into the design.I purchased this for a trip to Spain which I just returned from a few days ago. I wanted to purchase and bring back wines that were more exclusive and not available in the US. The mission was successful. The suitcase was even able to handle odd shaped bottles, as I brought back some Cava and all the bottles held up without issues. The suitcase arrives with foam cutouts 6 & 6 on each side as well as extra pads. The inside also includes straps to secure each side as well as external straps. No issues with TSA, not a scratch on the bag and not a single bottle broke or was damaged. My only suggestion is metal instead of plastic closures for the outside straps. Aside from that - it's a Fantastic Investment - No Regrets

Well made, smart and value for money.
It is a pleasure spending money on something that is well made, does what it is supposed to and looks good doing it.This is my new favorite suitcase that gives me the option of traveling with wine or not. Why wouldn't I travel with wine??? The point is I like it a lot and and feel I got a lot of value for my money. The only thing I would improve is a way to keep the straps more tidy when it's time to open it. I would gladly buy an accessory of some type to keep the straps neat when the suitcase is opened. To be clear, I am that person that does not understand why my favorite designers have not developed a belt that does not have to be removed while clearing security at airports so let's add this to the universe suggestion box and keep waiting.

Exactly As Advertised
This special suitcase arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It's exactly as advertised with very strong, high-density foam inserts for the bottles. Love the fact that I can customize it by removing 1 or more inserts. We travel a lot and often pass through the Napa Valley but live in Hawaii. At an average shipping cost of $99 or more to send 1 case home to Hawaii the $349 cost of this suitcase will pay for itself quickly. Also nice to pack other valuable items, gifts and souvineers in from our cruises and be assured they will not be broken by the airlines. Haven't tried it out yet as our cruise was cancelled due to COVID-19 but looking forward to giving it a whirl. Great Idea and execution.

Durable piece of luggage..
This is large and heavy duty. The bottles are well protected and you can feel confident that they will arrive safely. You can use half of the suitcase for clothes if you don't pack the entire case with bottles. The straps that go on the outside of the case are terrible and the velcro doesn't hold at all. The first time I used it they were not adhering. This is a pricey piece of luggage, probably a bit overpriced. I love the concept and this is a durable piece that will last for a long time (excluding the straps).

Perfect for traveling
Wonderful. Elegant, comfortable. Perfect for wines. Just be careful some wines are heavy and you can end up with more pound that allowed by airlines. Other than that is perfect

Built well but less expensive other places
My son has had this for years with no issues. Used a less expensive one but did not last as the inserts and zipper wore out very fast. Built very well and will take it with me on our next trip to europe. However, I would check out the flywithwine.com site first. As I was filling out the warranty, i noticed that the cost was significantly less, with free shipping. Also the warranty per the company is a 10 years limited warranty and not the lifetime that is written in the website description

Great suitcase but breaks easily! Company will not stand behind it!
We got to use this suitcase a total of 2 times before finding a wheel broken off as it came down the baggage claim. As it turns out, the wheels are not reinforced in any way and are merely attached by the thin outer shell of the suitcase. This means when the airlines are rough with the suitcase (which we all know they are) and it happens to land on a single wheel, it's at high risk of snapping right off!Extremely disappointed in the fragility of this suitcase when considering how much it costs! Reinforce the wheels by attaching them to some sort of inner frame and not to the flimsy, fragile outer shell.EDIT:After speaking with customer service, the best they could offer me was $100 off the purchase of a new suitcase. They stated that the airline damaging it isn't covered under warranty. While that is definitely true, the reason it broke so easily was because of the inferior design of the suitcase itself. The wheels only being snapped on to the flimsy outer shell virtually guarantees that if the suitcase lands on a single wheel, it has a high chance of breaking. Poor design IMO. There should be some sort of inner frame that the wheels can be secured to, which would prevent them from breaking like this.Inferior craftsmanship and the company doesn't care! Avoid this product unless you want a useless, broken suitcase after only 2 uses.

Solid purchase
Brought 10 bottles back from overseas with no issue whatsoever. Held up great. I didn’t realize the individual wine paddings are interchangeable/upgradable which is a nice plus.
