This microphone works well on a guitar cab and and as a room mic for guitar and drums. Wish I could afford another one. Maybe next year.

Great Mic For The Money
This Mic is a great value. Built like a tank. Lacking in the high range, but definitely has the middy ribbon sound you're looking for. Recommended for recording upright bass, acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo etc
