Perfect Fit
Ordered for my vehicle using the fitting chart on the website. The installation chart provided on the website is accurate. Bolt-on mounting holes were accurately placed. Fit to the vehicle perfectly. Wiring harness included, provided extra length to complete the install. Good quality metal.

Good instructions but difficult to install without a car lift
This was more difficult to install than I expected on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I thought it would be similar to the steps I installed on a previous pickup truck I owned, but it was much more difficult. Thankfully I had access to a car lift. Other wise when you have to remove the rubber clips that hold the exhaust to the vehicle you are going to have a pretty hard time removing all 3 of them. You also have to remove these plastic covers on the sides of the vehicle, again that would be very difficult without having ample clearance under the vehicle.I suppose all is possible though with effort, as other reviewers have accomplished. I would consider calling around to a couple shops to see if you could have it installed for $60 or so.Besides the fairly difficult install the hitch is extremely durable and is working well for my use. I like how it is not highly visible from the rear of our vehicle like I have seen other hitches on other vehicles. The instructions were very clear with text and pictures.

I'd recommend this as a 2 person job
This is a very solid Trailer Hitch. It weighs between 40 and 50lbs so, while it can be installed by 1 person, I'd recommend this as a 2 person job. I installed this on a 2013 Santa Fe 2.0t. The bolt holes line up perfectly and all the needed hardware was included. I did remove the spare tire and also drop down the exhaust off of the two rear hangers to add ease of installation. Reason being is that there are two plastic pieces that stick out from the rear bumper crash support. These pieces block the bolt holes making it a bit tricky to fit the trailer hit through as well as screw in and tighten down the bolts/nuts. But it can be done so have no fear there. Installation took me roughly an hour with a friend. The only gripe I have is that it did come a bit scratched up due to packaging and shipping. There is very little packaging on this so some of the paint was rubbed off down to the metal. I can just rattle can it so it's no big deal but if I don't spray over it, it will likely rust in those areas. So, if anything, it could be packaged much better. Still, a great and very solid hitch.

Great Customer Service!
Perfect fit. Shipping was terrible and the box looked like it had a bull fight on the way. In the process it lost one of the main bolts…. However, I called curt manufacturing and they mailed me out a new bolt the day of!

Rust along weld joint in just 2 weeks!
Pros: fits great, looks pretty good (at first - see below), fairly easy install.Cons: shipping damage, paint durability (rusted almost immediately).First one arrived (barely) in a flimsy box (not packed well) bent, beat up, scraped, and gouged. I returned it and they sent another. 2nd was packed a little better and had only one scrape which I painted over so it wouldn't rust. For my vehicle (2016 Santa Fe), I did have to cut off the bumper guide pins, but only disconnected two exhaust hangers instead of the recommended two.Now the bad part. After ONLY 2 WEEKS on the vehicle, it's already rusting. And in a highly-visible area (no, not the scraped area from shipping that I had to paint) and along a weld which could affect it's strength and durability. Now I have to decide if I want to take the time to take it off and return it or clean off the rust and paint it. This is my first Curt product and now will likely be my last. If you can't design a product that mounts to the outside of a vehicle that can't survive at least several years without rusting, then you have failed.

Well built
The hitch is very well built. Seems to be a very sturdy and heavy piece. The install went okay. Just took maybe an hour and a half. The only thing negative that I can say is shipping. They were shipped via United States postal service and doing so they would not deliver to the house. They made me go and pick it up at the post office. So I recommend that they set up via FedEx or UPS instead of the postal service.

Installed on a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport
Things to remember (which they are up front on with the instructions):1. You will need a torque wrench that goes up to 110 ft/lbs to tighten 4 of the bolts, the other 4 are tightened to 48 ft/lbs.2. Read the instructions thoroughly first so you are familiar with the install procedure.3. You will have to loosen the muffler from the exhaust hangers, I only did the back 2, they recommend doing the back 3 but I did not have the luxury of a lift or jack stands (I did this on my back in my driveway) so I made it a little harder on myself.4. Get a can of penetrating lubricant so you can spray out the 4 nuts that are built into the body of the vehicle. I spent a bit of time cleaning them out & making sure that I could get the bolts cleanly into them before I mounted the hitch.5. When you mount the hitch, set all the bolts finger tight so you can make sure that everything is in place before torquing everything down. The hitch comes complete with all the mounting hardware necessary, all it takes is time & patience. I did it by myself and it did take me a few hours but I also live in the Northeast & I wanted to make sure that the various mounting points were clear of debris before installation.Installation is clean & looks like it was there from the factory.

Worked Perfect on 2014 Kia Sorento
This worked perfectly on a 2014 Kia Sorento. The hardest part of all was getting the exhaust off the rubber supports. When it works it works. The Product is more solid than the car frame itself!
