Awesome shoes
These are even more minimal than previous barefoot shoes I've owned, which I like. Super comfortable, grippy, look cool. I usually wear a size 11, I got 10.5's, they fit perfect. Highly recommend these if you like barefoot shoes. I've only had these for a day, I'll update my review if they fall apart or something.

Wide forefoot,on-the-ground perfection!
I am a size 8 wide (actual foot size) and usually size up to a 9 for my running shoes (Road- Asics Nimbus). I got these to replace a totally worn out pair of New Balance Minimus. These Merrell Vapor 4 shoes looked really, really, really wide in the product pictures and I didn't want them to look like "clown shoes" on me! In any case, I took the risk and ordered them in 9D.The shoes looked fine. The 2-D pictures do make them look wider than they actually are.Width was pleasantly snug but not tight. They did seem a little long when I first put them on, but after 12 hours of wear, I wouldn't change the size and the length is fine. If you have a normal 'svelte' foot then you could likely order to actual foot size with no issue! One thing of note is that these shoes are even quieter than my worn-in Minimus shoes, so give folks fair warning if you are moving up behind them!!I am happy to be back in Merrell shoes!p.s. they were about $20 cheaper on Amazon compared to other online outlets, and about $50 cheaper than the Minimus at my local shoe shops.I think a belly slide is in order!!

Quality, Minimalist, period.
They are a Vibram sole, mesh upper, solid tongue and laces. That’s it. Very nice sole that you can barely feel is there.

Overall very good shoe, would recommend
This shoe is exceptionally comfortable, but bear in mind I say that as someone who prefers being barefoot. The accent colors on the Black version are a somewhat grayish green. I don't mind that at all, but the Black version isn't strictly black. I did have the seam that attaches the tongue of the shoe to the body of the shoe fail within a few hours of wearing it. only a few stitches popped and I was able to sew it back together with ease. upon further inspecting both shoes this seemed to be an anomaly and not indicative of their overall quality. Overall the shoe seems to be very well built and fairly robust for a minimalist shoe. Overall I very much like the shoe and I would definitely recommend it. On a final note about size, it fits relatively true to size perhaps a quarter size large. whether or not you wear socks with the shoe will also have an impact given how minimalist it is. Take that into consideration when purchasing.

Great shoes, light and comfy
I bought a pair of Merril’s years ago. They were awful. Slippery and uncomfortable. These are fantastic although I am not sure how long they will last. The are very grippy and very comfortable. They are as light as air and despite not having any real support, my feet love them and my feet don’t often like shoes. Maybe that is why they are called barefoot. The seem a little large. I normally wear 11 - 11.5 and in these I half size down. I have a pair 10.5 and one size 11. The 10.5 works. The 11 gives my toes a little more room.

Wore out way too fast, do not buy!
Apparently, I've missed the refund window, but consider this a request. Both of the shoes pictured are from Merrell, both from the right foot. Notice the whitish spot on the shoe in the left of the photo. The rubber is totally gone, and the white is from the insole. I know they are barefoot shoes, but this much wear this fast is crazy.I've been wearing barefoot shoes for 7 years now. I purchased these (the gray ones) in May 2020 and they already have a hole in October 2020. The shoe pictured on the right, from the same brand, was purchased in January 2017, more than 3 years earlier, and I worked out with them ~6 days per week until purchasing the new pair-- they got really stinky and I've bleached them quite a few times now.I've gone through many pairs of barefoot shoes over the years. Do not waste your time with these. If you want to be totally barefoot, take off the shoes! I like my barefoot shoes to at least have some rubber between my foot and the road, and these have worn through in less than 6 months, whereas my last pair still haven't in 3.5 years.
